Artworks can be ordered directly through the contact form in the shop. Please make sure to include the exact title of the artwork in your request to ensure smooth processing.

Where are you shipping to?
I offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that my art can be delivered to customers anywhere in the world.
How high are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are determined individually based on delivery time, package size, and the destination country. Detailed information on shipping costs is available on request
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping times from Sri Lanka are:
Europe: 7–14 business days | North America: 10–20 business days | Asia: 5–10 business days |Australia & Oceania: 10–20 business days | Africa: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Faster shipping options are available upon request.

How will the art be packaged?
All artworks are carefully packaged using high-quality materials to ensure safe delivery. Each package includes reinforced cardboard, bubble wrap and to safeguard the art during transit.
What happens if a work of art arrives damaged?
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
What is the procedure in the event of damage (e.g., replacement or refund)?
In case of damage during transit, I offer two options:
Replacement: If the artwork can be restored, I will create a new version. Please note that due to the handmade nature of the artwork there may be slight variations.
Refund: If a replacement is not possible or desired, I will issue a full refund once the damage has been verified.
To initiate the process, please provide photos of the damage and packaging within 7 days of receiving the artwork. I will then guide you through the next steps.

Can I return a work of art?
Returns are only possible under specific conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate replacements or exchanges due to incorrect orders, so please ensure you carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.
What are the conditions for returns?
The artwork arrives damaged or defective (see the "What happens if a work of art arrives damaged?" section).

May I use the artwork commercially?
The purchase of an artwork does not grant commercial usage rights. If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as marketing, branding, or reproduction, please contact me to discuss licensing options.
Do I retain the copyright to the artwork?
No, the copyright remains with me as the artist. Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece but not the intellectual property rights. If you have specific questions about copyright or usage, feel free to reach out.
